This service allows you to order and pay for items from our online store and pick them up at our store.
During your trip to Japan, you can pick up your order at a time convenient for you and enjoy shopping at the many products on display in the store!
How does "Pick Up at Store" work?
The process is simple:
1. Browse and select your items online.2. Ask me if you can pick it up at the store.
3. Let us know when you plan to come.
4. Select your preferred store location.
5. Head to the store, show your confirmation(passport), and collect your purchases.

Special Instructions
・Only items for which payment has been completed can be received.
・Some items may be stored in areas far from the store. We may not be able to respond immediately, so please apply well in advance of the date.
・Some products may not be able to be handled due to our circumstances.
・Passport must be presented for pickup at the store.・If you do not show up on the appointed date and time, your order will be cancelled. If you wish to change the date or change to normal delivery, please be sure to let us know before the scheduled date.
・Only the person who placed the order can receive the order. (No proxies are allowed.)
・If you wish to cancel your purchase after seeing the actual product, please contact the store staff.
・Returns will not be accepted after receipt. Please note that our return policy is different from that of normal delivery.
