KINGRAM is a second-hand store with 80 stores throughout Japan.
Because we are a national retail chain, we are able to collect items of good quality and items that cannot be found elsewhere.
These are maintained by our specialist workshops and experienced staff, and provided to you in good quality.

Measures to combat counterfeit goods and counterfeit brand products
We are a member of the Association for Voluntary Control of Distribution in Japan (AACD), which aims to prevent the distribution of counterfeit and fraudulent products in the parallel import market.
Inspection system by experienced assessors
A different assessor from the one who made the purchase always conducts a recheck before selling, and we have a system in place to ensure that we do not deliver inappropriate merchandise in the unlikely event that we do. In addition, we conduct regular in-house training sessions to ensure that our staff is up-to-date on the latest knowledge and techniques.
Enhanced appraisal and measuring equipment
For diamonds, the appraisal is performed using a diamond checker and a moissanite judge. For gemstones, appraisals are performed using color filters. For watches, mechanical watch adjustments are performed using precision measuring instruments. In this way, we maintain the accuracy of mechanical inspections and appraisals with a full lineup of specialized equipment.
Maintenance by specialized workshop and in-house repair center
We have our own repair center, and we have established partnerships with specialized watch workshops to ensure that we have a complete system for maintenance.
We also focus on creating an environment that allows us to provide our customers with watches in the most appropriate condition.

We believe that it is only when customers are satisfied with ‘I’m glad I sold it here’ or ‘I’m glad I bought it here’ that we can bridge the gap for ‘things that are too good to waste’ from person to person.
