Are all products authentic?

All items we sell are authentic.

We are a member of the Association for the Autonomous Administration of Circulation, Japan (AACD), so we judge our products to be genuine based on information sent to us by the AACD and our own authenticity assessment.

Please be assured that we only sell items that have been authenticated by an appraiser.

What is KINGRAM?

KINGRAM is a specialty store selling and buying used brand products.
We have 80 stores in Japan. We buy more than 100,000 products a year.
And the products are appraised by an appraiser.

Payments

Can you lower the value of the invoice or designate it as a gift in order to avoid customs duties and fees?

We are unable to meet that request.
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Returns

If I return an item, can I also get a refund for the customs duty I paid?

Contact your local customs office to inform them that you have returned the merchandise and request a customs refund.
You will then be refunded.
Refund procedures may vary by country.
Please contact your customs office for more information.

What should I do if I want to cancel or return my order?

Cancellation before item are shipped: send us an email immediately. (ec-order@bestbuy.co.jp)
Be sure to include your name, order number, and the product you ordered in your email.

Cancellation after item arrival: We accept returns within 14 days.
Please send us an email first. We will guide you through the return process. (ec-order@bestbuy.co.jp)
Please note that refunds may not be issued if the item is in deteriorated condition or missing accessories.

Shipping

Can I choose the shipping company?

We ship via DHL/EMS/UPS.
Which shipping company we use depends on the destination and item.
Customers cannot specify this.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes place within one week after the order is placed, depending on the delivery destination.
Please note that in case of customs duty, delivery will be made after payment is confirmed.

When will the products be shipped?

We ship within 3 business days after payment is received.
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
